All Rewards must be claimed within the Campaign window in which they are earned, as set forth in the Official Rules for each Promotion and on the Overwatch Esports Rewards Page. Once claimed, the Rewards will automatically appear in your account within 72 hours. For more information on claiming Rewards, see below. All progress towards Campaign Rewards will reset after the end of each campaign period.

What are the dates of the Drops?

Each drop campaign’s runtime is specified above in the respective Rewards Section.

How long do I have to claim my drops?

You must claim any drops earned within 24 hours from when the promotion ended. If not claimed within 24 hours, the drop will no longer be available.

Do I need to claim each drop before I can start accumulating hours to get the next drop?

Viewers are no longer required to claim each drop before they can earn progress to the next drop in the campaign.

How do I link my Battle.net and Streaming Platform account?

Sign into your Battle.net account at account.battle.net/connections and click the Connect link for an eligible streaming platform, then follow the instructions to sign-in and link your associated account to Battle.net.

What devices can I use to earn and claim drops?

You can earn and claim drops using your PC/Mac web browser or on an eligible streaming platform app for Android or iOS. Applications on game consoles, smart TVs, embedded players, and other TV apps do not support drops. Learn more.

Do I need to watch the same channel the entire time to earn my drops?

No, you can earn progress towards a drop by tuning into any eligible channel on the same streaming platform, for example; OW_Esports, PlayOverwatch. You can watch half an hour on one channel and then switch to another channel without losing your progress. You cannot earn progress faster by watching more than one channel at a time. Your progress is not synchronized between eligible streaming platforms.

Will I receive my drop rewards in-game automatically?

You must claim the drop on the channel you’re watching or in the Drops Inventory menu on an eligible streaming platform.

Do Drop rewards expire?

Earned Drop rewards will expire seven days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked.

What regions are eligible for these Drops?

Participating regions include North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. See campaign rules for more information regarding eligibility.

I can’t connect my brand account. What should I do?

You can only connect personal accounts, brand accounts are not currently supported for account linking. Make sure you’re logged into a personal account when trying to connect. Click here to learn more

How do I know if my account is a brand account or not?

A Brand Account is an account that is specifically for your brand. This account is different from your personal Google Account. If a channel is linked to a Brand Account, multiple people can manage it from their Google Accounts. Wondering if you have a brand account? Click here to learn more. Use these to switch from a brand account to a personal account.

How do I receive Overwatch League Tokens?

Overwatch League tokens will no longer be offered for watching Overwatch Esports.
