This season, the OWCS Team is excited to announce that we will be continuing its support of a co-streaming program. We hope this program offers more ways to engage with the OWCS and allows creators to bring awesome match action to their communities.
Any individual who wishes to co-stream for OWCS has the ability to do so, but they must be following OW_Esports on Twitch. All OWCS co-streamers must adhere to the OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines and must be in good standing with Blizzard and Overwatch Esports.
Overview of OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines:
Co-streams may take place on any streaming platform
Co-streamers may create content from their co-streams and upload VODs
Co-streaming must occur with the proper delays.
Player POV co-streams at a three-minute delay, main broadcast co-streams need no delay, and co-streams with the clean feed or an observer at a two-minute delay. (The delay for the clean-feed may be built in as communicated by the administration.)
Co-streamers may monetize their co-stream content, see our guidelines for more information
All co-streamers must be of legal age to use their streaming platform of choice
Co-streamers may have stream sponsors as long as they do not conflict with OWCS sponsors
Co-streamers must be willing to share select viewership data with the Administration upon request
Co-streams will be monitored by the OWCS to ensure all guidelines are upheld, including maintaining a positive environment and moderated chat
We reserve the right to remove co-streamers from the program at any time
Your act of co-streaming OWCS without an application and approval by receiving OWCS drops shall be deemed to evidence your agreement with the guidelines, terms, conditions and agreements contained in the OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines.
You agree that Blizzard may reach out to you to ensure that you have complied with the terms of the OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines.
Blizzard may, in its sole discretion, waive or modify any portion of this OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines for Co-streamers on a case-by-case basis by providing notice of such waiver or modification in writing.
Blizzard may, in its sole discretion, at any time, and without notice, change, revoke or cancel the OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines and/or any right licensed under it.
Failure to comply with the Co-streaming guidelines may lead to you being removed and blocked from co-streaming future Overwatch Esports programs.
If you follow the above conditions, you may proceed with your co-stream without further approval from Blizzard. A co-stream that is being operated under the OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines is neither officially supported nor endorsed by Blizzard and you must notify the viewers of this fact if they believe you are officially affiliated.
If you intend to co-stream OWCS under the terms of the OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines, you will need to comply with all of its terms.
Can I Co-Stream?
Yes - those who would like to co-stream for OWCS must adhere to OWCS Co-streaming Guidelines as well as Faceit Guidelines. Please review before co-streaming OWCS events. To co-stream, follow OW_Esports on Twitch and the feature will be enabled for you.
Why aren't my Drops working?
Drops for OWCS will only be available during showtimes—please check our social channels for the most up-to-date schedule. Overwatch will also feature regular category-wide Drops throughout the year, so stay tuned and keep an eye out for upcoming campaigns.
We’re looking forward to everyone enjoying the co-streaming program during the 2026 OWCS season!
